About AgriPhage® Bacteriophages
Bacteriophages destroy bacteria through a process called “lysis”. The infection process begins the moment a phage comes in contact with a bacterium. Bacteriophages infect host bacteria on contact and convert them into tiny virus factories. Within minutes of infection, the host cell is unable to reproduce, and disintegrates, releasing phage progeny to further infect other targeted bacteria.
As a result of viral replication, AgriPhage® actually increases in concentration if it comes in
with targeted pathogenic bacteria, due to the fact that the phage replicates as it attacks targeted bacteria.

Usage and Rate
Systemic usage on poultry, egg, meat, and produce via spray or dip applications typically found in food processing. Leaves no residues and can be integrated at multiple application points. The spray/dip rate should be enough to achieve application rates on the label.
